Corporate Strategy and Implementation(CSI):
CSI is a dynamic committee that is the on-ground army of Aaruush. Responsible for internal and external publicity, strategizing work-plans and executing them, CSI is the committee that gives one a hands on experience of working in the corporate world with big teams and even bigger ideas.

Operation and Resource Management(ORM):
Operations & Resource Management is a committee which deals with all the resources required for the team, permissions required for proper work flow of Aaruush team. ORM is also responsible for crowd-control and crisis management. It works as an event management team for Aaruush.

Public Relations(PR):
Public Relations in Aaruush are a distinctive management body which helps establish and maintain lines of communication between the organization and its public. It includes content writing, documenting, achieving certified patronages and accreditations, anchoring and much more.
It is divided further into four sub-divisions: Letters, Documentation, NGOs and Media.
Media, builds an individual's interpersonal and public speaking skills, addressing a crowd of thousands, to giving our voice off-screen for podcasts and radio.
It enables one to explore their creative side and make it hyper-useful in writing scripts, screenplays and sketches for Aaruush along with recording v-Logs and conducting interviews of the myriad of guests joining us for the fest.

Creatives:
Creatives has various sub domains including photography, videography, graphic designing, VFX, music, video editing, and scripting. It gives you the platform to get the wheels of your artsy left brain spinning and implement whatever you can visualize. Apply right away if you feel like your larger than life vision needs makers.

Finance:
The Finance Committee examines the accounts, scrutinizes the proposals for expenditures and submits the annual budget for the Aaaruush. No expenditure in the budget is incurred without the prior approval of the Finance Committee which fixes limits for the total expenditure for the year based on the resources and the income.

Deco and Arts:
Deco and Arts is the committee that ensure that AARUUSH comes easy and pleasant to the eyes of the onlookers. From Artistic banners , art work and models to decoration in terms of flags, lights and colours and everything one can think off.

Quality Assurance(QA):
The main aim of Quality Assurance is to maintain a desired level of quality of the fest that we uphold, and to strive forward and refine it in every step. It comprises of data analysis, report writing, required follow up during implementation and accommodation of external participants coming here during the fest.

Sponsorship and Marketing:
From having corporate meetings with various professionals to bringing sponsors and implementing marketing ideas, the committee attempts to deliver more than a drive by impression. The committee expects potential members to strategize the various marketing tactics in order to shape up vatious business deals around the fest.

Highlights:
It takes care of all the guest lectures, Aaruush nights,exhibition and all the dignitaries that become a part of this national level fest. All the necessities of the guests are taken care of by the highlights committee including their transportation.

Championships:
The Championships bring you a varied extravaganza of competitions all under one roof. Championships organizes events which provide students with an opportunity to showcase their talent be it in the field of technology or sports. Initiatives:
Initiatives are a committee which embodies new ideas, projects and initiatives which will create a difference. Initiatives helps Aaruush connect to the outer world by bridging the gap between society and technology. Initiatives does CSR activities, social campaigns and Flagship events.
It promises to bring out the innovative side of you in the pursuit of taking our fest to higher echelons of success.

This committee showcases a series of challenging competitions, testing your technical skills and your ability to adapt to challenging constraints. It is your creativity and innovation that will get you through your challenges.
